To amend/cancel your transaction , kindly contact our officers using the number 033-24364000 or email us at finance@rtiics.org. This has to be done within 24 hrs of the execution of the transaction.

After canceling your transaction , you will need to send us the confirmation printout of the same (in original, in case of paper confirmations) to the following address:

On receiving the printout of the transaction confirmation , the refund shall be processed within 7  days from the date of receipt. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card only after deduction of the credit card commission as charged by the bankers on us.
