Age: not less than 17 years on 31^st December, 2006 (Not 2005 as mentioned in the WBJEE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET). The Prospectus and Application Forms are available at branches of UNITED BANK OF INDIA (Bank Information: (033) 22482471) on payment of Rs.450/-

Course is open only for Female candidate.
Age – 17 years to 28 years on and before 1^st September, 2005.
Marital Status – Unmarried/Divorcee/Widow/legally Separated and preferably unencumbered.

Qualified with 1^st chances in 10 + 2 or equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Vernacular (any other 5^th subjects will be considered only on approval of  W.B. / University of Health Sciences) candidate must obtain minimum of 50% aggregate.

A residential certificate of uninterrupted 5 years stay in West Bengal till date of application.

Issue of advertisement for the course 1^st week of June 2005.

Last date of Submission of application as per advertisement by the W.B. University of Health Sciences.
