Discharge Procedure |

-
The date
of discharge is on the last day of the package. However
patients’ condition and level of recovery may propone or delay the
date of discharge.
-
Any stay
beyond the package mentioned will be billed at actual.
-
Routine
discharges are made between 9 am to 12 noon. No change in
the medical record is entertained at the time of discharge.
-
You will
need to bring your patient’s change of clothes at the time
of discharge.

Medical
Discharges are generally done between 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Surgical Discharges are generally done between 12 noon
to 2 p.m. If the patient stays beyond this period, bed charges
will be levied. Disposables, Consumables, medicines used during
this period will be charges at actuals. Kindly report at the
specified time to avoid inconvenience.

Discharge
summary and reports are handed over to the patient by the
sister incharge. CDs will be handed over by the
Admission/Discharge Officer. An amount of Rs.400 will be charges
for the CD.

Please
ensure that you take all your belongings at the time of
leaving the hospital to avoid inconvenience of any kind.

includes 1 day stay in ITU/CCU and 2 days in ward of choice.

stay in ITU/CCU, Coil charges extra.
