After canceling your transaction , you will need
to send us the confirmation printout of the same (in original,
in case of paper confirmations) to the following address:

On receiving the printout of the transaction confirmation , the
refund shall be processed within
7 days
from the date of receipt. If we have received the payment
through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to
your credit card only after deduction of the credit card
commission as charged by the bankers on us.
