• Stent/Inj Integrillin/Inj. Reopro, peel away sheath, drape kit will be charges extra if used.

• Omnipaque, Visipaque, Cutting Balloon will be charges extra, if used

• Cost of balloon and balloon pump would be extra, if used.

• Pacing Lead (if used) will be charged extra.

• Blood units for all cath lab procedures will be charges extra.

• CD charges extra for all procedures except PTCA.

• Cost of valve and conduit is extra.

• Haemodialysis set, intra-aortic ballon, LA Line will be charges extra if used.

• Spirometer and chest binder charge is extra if used.

• Injections Albumin,  Stilamin, Streptokinase, Urokinase, Triodothyronine & Gamma I.V. will be charged extra if used.

• If extra unit of blood is supplied by the hospital, the charge would be borne by the patient.  Charges are separate for whole blood, plasma, and platelet rich plasma.  Blood brought outside RTIICS will be charges as per the applicable rates.
