The department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ACTC which has been recently started aims to provide a comprehensive obstetric & gynaecology service with a humane touch using evidence based medical care and utility recent advancement in medical technology at affordable price.

In obstetrics, antenatal care along with delivery of the baby including caesarean sections are performed. Apart from low risk pregnancies, high risk pregnancies with medical complications are also managed. In view of the excellent cardiac & renal units in the hospital, the department is ideally suited to handle patients having obstetric /gynaecological problems with cardiac or renal complications.

In gynaecology, apart from the routine gynaecological surgeries, minimally invasive procedures (laparoscopy & hysteroscopy) are performed. Urogynacecological services related to female urinary incontinence are provided.

Cervical smear for cancer screening is available. Management of sub fertile couples are performed with plans for IVF in the future.
